We are thrilled to unveil our new 2024/25 membership cards, now available for pre-order on our website. The physical cards will be dispatched just before your current ones expire at the end of September. Purchasing the membership now will also allow you to join games right away!

You may have noticed that these cards have a QR code. This is our new Game Session Token (GST) system that we plan to launch on 11th November. No more downloading multiple codes or having to log in to the website. Instead of needing your phone every time, register this card and then scan it from your wallet or key ring. We’re excited about this, and it would not have been possible without the amazing talent of Adam, who is updating all things IT for us. A true 21st-century wizard, I’m sure you agree. More information on how the new GST will work will be available closer to 11th November. For now, continue showing your GSTs on your phone as you usually would.

The membership cards are undergoing another new change. There have been several occasions where the venue lost the box of memberships. In addition, with the increase in the number of branches, it was time to get help from our friends at All Rolled Up. They have agreed to dispatch the membership cards from their warehouse. This means that the cards will now arrive by post and will no longer be available for collection from the branch. Great news for the team, who was getting a little tired of using glue dots and assembling the membership packs in someone’s kitchen each year. 😄

This year's card is a celebration of our latest adventure, Young Dragons, a collaborative project with our associated company, Mythic Minds CIC, which was recently launched. We also honoured our Welsh branches by featuring their former mascot logo, recognizing that this project was only possible with their invaluable support. We are proud to have such a strong and supportive community, and we look forward to many more exciting adventures together.
