All Members’ data are stored on our website. We operate a strict no printing of documents policy which could hold personal details. Only your Branch Committee and Directors of The Role Player Haven CIC can access details you have submitted on registration for membership from our website. Payment details cannot be accessed – these are stored with paypal.com.
Your personal details can be accessed and changed if you have an active membership with us. You can do this at:

From 25 May 2018 you have the right under the general data protection regulation (GDPR) to request The Role Play Haven to give you all data we hold on you within 20 days. Please contact admin@rphaven.co.uk
Retails who offer discounts to the members of The Role Play Haven CIC is able to access a link on this website, to see if you have a valid membership. Your full name will also be shown to them. The retailer can only access this if you provide them with your email address. You can hide this information but the retailer may not be able to offer you a discount. To do this:

Branch Committee members are forbidden to use any members names or personal details on members on the minutes of a committee meeting(s).
Complaints you have filed to your Branch Member Reps may contain personal details depending on the complaint. Complaints are stored for 3 years.
