We are thrilled to announce that the preorders for the new 2024/25 membership cards have been shipped and will soon be in the mail. Unlike our previous cards, there have been some changes that we want to make you aware of to prevent any confusion.

Your new, shiny membership card is equipped with a cutting-edge QR code system. This feature will become fully operational upon the launch of our new infrastructure system on the website on 11 November 2024.

What Does the New System do?

Introducing our new Game Session Token (GST) system! No more hassle with downloading codes or logging in. After November 11, 2024, register your card and enjoy the freedom of scanning it from your wallet or key ring without needing your phone every time.

We received a lot of questions and hope to answer them in our FAQ below.

Q: How can I add funds to my card?

A: Simply purchase your GST from the RPH shop as usual.

Q: Will I be able to check how many tokens I have left?

A: Yes, your total tokens will be available in ‘My Account’.

Q: Do I need to link my membership card to my account?

A: After November 11, 2024, you can scan your QR code on your membership to access our website, which will guide you through a simple process.

Q: Will there be an option for a virtual card?

A: Yes, we believe in making a real difference by reducing plastic pollution in the ocean. We will soon offer a downloadable card for your phone wallet and give you the option of choosing a physical or virtual card in the future.
