Complaints and Feedback
Your query or concern will be sent to the Head Member Representative and depending on query forwarding to the relevant branch to be addressed at their next Committee Meeting, which will be represented by the branch’s Member Representative. However, if the matter is urgent it will be dealt with immediately.
Your name will not be used and will not be made public in any way. All complaints are treated professionally, confidentially and with utmost concern.
