Venue Change for Hammersmith

Sadly, with short notice, the venue, Pocket Watch, has closed down, which has meant a quick search around for a new place to call home. Typically, this is something I would do, but not this time; the community of Hammersmith Branch rallied together and hunted all weekend until they found The Raven. On Sunday, I popped into the venue and confirmed the location was suitable for the branch. This Thursday (18th Jan), we are at The Raven.

The Raven
We will be in a private area in the back of the venue from 7pm to 11pm on Thursday night. The pub provides traditional good food until 9pm, so you cannot bring food in or order from a takeaway. If you are blessed with youthful looks, please bring ID if you wish for alcoholic drinks. More info on the Raven can be found here:

The Raven is directly opposite the Stamford Brook tube Station and has a good bus link, with access to 110, 190, 267, and H91. N9, N11 and 237. Street parking for car drivers is free from 5pm onwards. Google has been updated to the new location; you can always ask Google or check its map.

Disabled Friendly?
The Raven has ramp access from the side of the pub and smaller ramps inside over the steps. If you are reliant on your wheelchair, please request access to female toilets from the bar staff. That toilet is better equipped and has more room. Do note this is an old building.

We understand this new location may inconvenience some, and we kindly request that if you cannot attend, either let us know or remove yourself from the game so that others can join. If you are a GM, please urgently let us know.

This THURSDAY, please attend the new venue and not the old one, as The Pocket Watch is now permanently closed down.

Almost as Important – Committee Election Time!
1st Feb 2024 is the Branch Annueal Meeting (ABM). This is when you, the awesome member, elect new Committee members to oversee, manage and guide the branch forward. If you are a current committee or want to stand, please complete this simple form in the link below. Our current Branch Manager is moving this year, so consider this position also.
