Hi RP Haven,

As we are preparing for our next week of games, we want to give an update regarding the current Covid 19 Coronavirus concerns and public health measures, looking at how this will affect the RP Haven.

Currently, we are operating as normal but would like to encourage our members to follow NHS guidelines, especially regarding handwashing and self-isolation. We will also endeavour to provide hand sanitising gel and disinfectant wipes for club nights.

The RP Haven’s main priority is to provide fun and safe gaming to all its members. At the moment, in order to do this, we will be following the advice from public health services and will likely cancel gaming nights if/when schools close.

We want to ensure all members that if this is the case, there will be an announcement from your branch to let you know! We will also be offering RP Haven discord channels as an alternative way to game, so you and your Adventuring party can play your weekly game if you choose to do so!

If you have any concerns, please speak to or email your Branch committees and we will try to support you the best we can.
