The Grey Fells have mostly been left alone in the hundred years since the fall of Nerath; there's not much here worth fighting over, and the old Imperial Road is long in disrepair. But quiet times might mean safety, or they just might mean you were forgotten about, and rumours abound of movement in the deep woods, things running along the mountaintops under cover of darkness. Sometimes it's a cow that goes missing. Sometimes it's people. The Cole farm up by Mirror Tarn burned down, and no-one knows why or where they went.

People are scared, and a few right-minded folk have decided the thing to do is band together to protect our land from the outside threats. We need people - good people, like you, who have the right idea about things and are willing to do what it takes to keep us safe.

Hard Times in the Grey Fells is a 5th Edition Dungeons & Dragons game about doing the right thing, keeping the light burning when things are at their worst, and - and I can't stress this last part enough - punching fascists. The plan is to run the whole quarter.

Players of any experience level are welcome. There will be a Session Zero for group character creation, safety tools in use at the table, and dice you can borrow if you are completely new.
