Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition: Bloodstone Pass
The tiny village of Bloodstone Pass is menaced by an army of thousands of brigands: orcs, goblins, giants, and human renegades led by a powerful assassin. Outnumbered and helpless, the villagers must pay tribute in gold, food… slaves. Two villagers have traveled far to find aid for their people. They have turned to you, brave and powerful adventurers, as their only hope. They cannot afford to pay more than a few silver pieces a day, but their need is great. You are invited to save the people of Bloodstone Pass. Can you organize a defense, train and equip the peasants, recruit allies, gather intelligence... and win the war?
The game runs using Zoom for the video call (it is required to have working microphone and webcam), Roll20 as virtual table of course, and Signal as a messenger to communicate between sessions. A homebrew 5th Edition adaptation of the D&D 1st Edition module Bloodstone Pass. The characters start from level 8, race, class, spells and everything must be from the Player's Handbook and/or the Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide no other books, no multiclass, and with the standard array (15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8). House rules will be discussed later on. The setting is the Forgotten Realms, it is not required to have a deep knowledge about the setting (even though some little idea about what we are talking about it is appreciated) as long as when lore or knowledge is provided it is taken into account.
The game is 18+.
