As you may have noticed, the website had a significant update added last week ( Click Here for full update ), and there will be some changes on how The Role Play Haven will operate with Games Update going forward for this read on:
Games Update v2 is now live!
This is an essential update regarding changes to how we notify you of operating games. Please read carefully. This message is divided into two sections for Players and GMs.
Your GM will be able to notify you via email immediately whenever there are any changes in your gaming session. If your Game is cancelled for the week, you will receive an email to inform you. If your Game is still operating, you will be notified accordingly. If your GM’s plans change, they can amend their selection, and you will still be notified via email. If your GM doesn’t select any option, you will receive an email informing you that no option was selected.
NOTE: You don’t need to be subscribed to our mailing list. Just sign up for a game for updates.
Every Monday, you will receive an email asking whether or not your Game will be running that week. You will need to log in to the website and update your players accordingly. Once you log in, you will be presented with a traffic light system, with the default value set to Amber. If you choose green, an email will be sent to your players informing them that your Game will be running. If you choose red, it means your Game will not be running. If you do not select anything, your players will receive a message saying “no option selected”. If you change your mind, you can log in again and select a different option, and again, your players will be notified immediately.
Red = Your Game is not running this week
Amber = Please select
Green = Your Game is running this week.
Resets every Monday back to Amber!
The GM is responsible for keeping their players updated, or they will be facing a hundred D4-sized dice thrown at their feet!
Games Update will reset every Monday!

Q: Not getting our emails?

Branches will still have the power to email their members daily if they wish. So stay subscribed to your Branch mailing list, in order to be updated on what is going on at your local club.
