We’re pleased to announce that we will be attending Dragonmeet 2017. Which takes place on Saturday 2nd December 2017 from 9 am until midnight! Whats Dragonmeet?
Dragonmeet is one of the most vibrant tabletop gaming conventions and the largest of its kind in London. You’ll discover a day jam-packed with things for you to do. Expect new and old games to play, industry panels, book signings, art show, bring & buy, cosplay events, lots of new traders and big demos, tournaments and of course the chance to make new friends and hang out with fellow gamers! This year they’ve expanded to two big halls in the Novotel Hammersmith providing for lots more open gaming space, a bigger seminar room, more demo game space, more participation games and more RPG space!
We we Doing?
The RP Haven will have its own trade stand, elite GMs running games, fundraising for charities and our army of dedicated volunteers to help Dragonmeet be even more successful.
Your Help!
We’ve always had a big presence and this year we like to continue and offer Dragonmeet the support of the community. All the hours and help you offer supports The RP Haven and recruits new members for the branches. Anyone able to assist will in return get a free ticket entry.
Join the elite GMs
This year if we can get enough GMs, we can have our own RP Haven room! So we’re looking for GM to run games either during the morning slot (10 am – 2 pm), Afternoon slot (3 pm to 7 pm) or for the very brave, both slots!

Volunteer as a Marshal at Dragonmeet
Dragonmeet relies totally on volunteers to operate. Without your help, it would not be possible to run such an awesome convention. They’ve asked us if we can help. If you can offer a minimum of 4 hours, in return they give you free ticket entry. Your times will be coordinated with Dragonmeet

Trade Stand
Once again we’re having a Trade Stand, where we will being advertising and recruiting for the branches. This will not be possible without your help. We only ask you volunteer your time for 3 hours and in return, we give you a free ticket.
