Dear faithful members of the Role Play Haven, 

It is with heavy hearts that we must announce that the Role Play Haven is cancelling all branch meetings for the immediate future due to the Covid-19 Coronavirus.

Fun and safe gaming has always been our priority and although storms, snow and even riots have not kept our brave players away in the past we do this now to ensure the safety and good health of all our members.

We want to warmly invite Game Masters to the use of channels on Discord to allow running of their awesome games online, these will created by the our amazing volunteers on the request of Game Masters. Discord servers are being upgraded for better video and voice to support the continuation of games. We will also be looking at running different games online during this period so we can continue having our weekly fixes of role play! Access to the Role Play Haven Discord server can be found here.

As our members will require no physical tavern, castle or spaceship during this period all weekly fees will be suspended. An optional donation box will be made available to allow members to continue to support their branches’ chosen charity.

We want to take the time to thank our amazing volunteers who have been running at full speed to organise and keep on top this ever evolving situation.

We don’t take the decision of cancelling branch meetings lightly (even temporary) and will monitor coronavirus updates and government advice closely. We hope to open our doors again to all of you soon.
