The Rise of the Runelords Adventure Path continues! Having rooted out the threat to Magnimar posed by the Skinsaw Murders, the mayor of Magnimar asks you to follow up on a pressing matter. The frontier town of Turtleback Ferry has lost contact with Fort Rannick. What has befallen this most distant holding of Magnimar? Can you bring aid to the Black Arrows in their hour of need, or will you fall to the unknown menace?

 

 

An adventure for 7th level PCs.

 

 

Game Age Rating: Mature; 16+, Occasional: graphic horror, adult themes, grisly decisions

Wanted: Cooperative characters who are comfortable being thrust into the role of Hero.

In summary PC build rules are: 20 point buy, no evil, 150 GP wealth, Adult age, Max HP at first level (average HP on level up).

You need to be characters the townsfolk can easily relate to.

Any core race or any Native Outsider (Aasimar, Tiefling, Fetchling, Ifrit, Oread, Sylph, Undine, Suli) or Catfolk

“Traditional” fantasy – no guns or technology.

All options chosen must be Paizo sourced and available in a free, legal and publicly available online source such as the PRD, PFSRD, the Archives of Nethys or the Free Rise of the Runelords players guide or the Varisia Player Companion (not free).

Use the “Unchained” versions of the Rogue, Monk, Barbarian and Summoner (No Synthesist Summoner)
