The following policies serve as guiding principles that reinforce our corporate values and core beliefs as The Role Play Haven.
Our goal is not only to bring the community to gaming, but also to bring gaming to the community by giving back to the community using raised funds.

The Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct has been established to ensure that the highest standard of behaviour is demonstrated by all representatives of The Role Play Haven who participate in club activities, events and competitions.
Our Games Masters (GMs)
All our GMs are approved before they able to run their first game at any branch, regardless of their experience prior to attending the club. They also agreed to follow rules outlined in "The GM Guide"
We at The Role Play Haven are dedicated to ensuring you enjoy the time you spend with us. However, if you do encounter any problems or feel there is an issue that needs to be addressed, please do not hesitate to contact us to make a complaint. For all other feedback, please contact a Member Representative directly.
Your email will be sent to all current Member Representatives who will look into your query, and will raise it to the Committee at the next committee meeting. However if the matter is urgent it will be dealt with beforehand. If the query is raised at the Committee meeting your name will not be used and will not made public in any way. All complaints are treated professionally, confidentially and with utmost concern.
